John Liu visits The Land

John Lui, a film-maker and ecologist, visited The Land to discuss the underlying premise of his organization, Ecosystem Restoration Camps, a worldwide movement that aims to restore damaged ecosystems on a large scale.

Ecosystem Restoration Camps empower ordinary, everyday people to take the lead in restoring the earth, working together to change the broken system ourselves, rather than waiting for others to take action. It is a network of people and projects doing people-centered productive restoration to increase and build back the ecosystem functionality of degraded landscapes.

We agree with John that the Land is a perfect place to start.
